Key Responsibilities
Oversee all food service operations, including staff restaurants, cafés, vending, hospitality, and event catering. Ensure seamless service delivery through third-party vendors and internal teams. Monitor KPIs, SLAs, and customer satisfaction metrics to maintain high service standards. Act as the primary liaison between ISS and the client. Lead vendor performance reviews and ensure contractual compliance. Ensure full compliance with UK food safety regulations, including HACCP and EHO standards.
