The Category Manager proactively develops key beverage insights for the Refresco Commercial Strategy Team, Management, Commercial Business Managers and Top customers to drive sales growth and increase profitability.
Essential Jobs Functions:
Category Insights: Provide in-depth analytics and impactful observations in order to provide strategic recommendations. Analyze syndicated and other sources of data to observe and understand trends, opportunities, and barriers within beverage categories, channels, and retailers. Apply those understandings and provide insights as to how it impacts Refresco, our top customers, and competitors (deliver the “what happened” but extend it to the “so what” as it relates to our business).Syndicated Data: Fluently utilize syndicated data platforms such as CIrcana (formerly Information Resources Inc (IRI)), AC Nielsen, and Mintel to mine data in efforts to develop insigh...
