Category Finance Director OTCRole ResponsibilitiesSupport and partner with Category Head and their Team, contributing to delivery of category sales, brand contribution, and value creation.Contribute to category and brand financial performance management, including analysis of brand contribution, margins, and resource allocation effectiveness.Prepare and deliver financial analysis and insights to support category strategy discussions, trade-offs, and decision-making across the year.Support Integrated Growth Plan, Annual Business Plan, in‑year forecasting, ensuring robustness, consistency and alignment between category plans and financial outcomes.Assist in performance tracking, forecast updates, and early identification of risks and opportunities, escalating key issues and driving solution sets as appropriate.Support preparation of Monthly Performance & Delivery Reviews (PRDs), consolidating inputs from Category Team and articulating key drivers, variances, and trends.Produce clear and ...
