Category Associate Manager - FMCG | MAF Retail | Head Office Kenya
Role Summary
The Category Associate Manager is responsible and accountable for managing and monitoring E-Commerce products within their specific category (i.e., CG, Fresh Food, etc.). In addition, the role holder must monitor and record conversion rates, click through rate, number of views, and search but not purchased. Finally, the Category Associate is responsible for analyzing data within their respective category and providing input and insights to support business decisions.
ROLE PROFILE
Maintain main KPIs, which are conversion rates, click through rate, number of views, and search but not purchased.
Responsible for effective price negotiation with the collaboration of the merchandising team to ensure best prices, deals, and large quantity of goods in three main categories: fresh, CG and non-food.
