Job Description
The Greenstone Mine commenced production in May 2024 and will be one of Canada’s largest open‑pit gold mines, with annual production expected to average nearly 400,000 ounces of gold per year for an initial 14‑year mine life with additional potential from a large underground deposit. Greenstone Gold Mines LP is owned by Equinox Gold Corp, a Vancouver-based mining company with four operating mines in Canada, the United States, Mexico and Nicaragua.
Job Summary
We are seeking a Mine Haul Truck Operator to join our team. The role reports to the Mine Operations Supervisor and is responsible for safely and productively operating a Mine Haul Truck. This is a permanent position where team members are required to work up to 8 hours a day and are responsible for swapping haul trucks for operator breaks.
