Casting Team Leader

A globally recognised high volume manufacturer are currently looking to strengthen their Engineering department with the appointment of a Casting Team Leader.

As Casting Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading the team through experience & perseverance, driving continuous improvement initiatives within the area whilst displaying a clear understanding of the business requirements for safe, efficient and 'on target' activities.

Working from their facility in the Shropshire, the Casting Team Leader will have the following:

• Drive the adherence of the company's HSE policies across the department and plant.
• Responsible for ensuring all business communications are delivered to the team.
• Lead run-up activities following die change activity to identify areas of improvement and implement robust systems to minimise run up timings.
