Job Description
Responsibilities
- Process customer payments using cash, credit/debit cards, and other payment methods.
- Operate the Point-of-Sale (POS) system and issue receipts.
- Assist customers with inquiries in a friendly and professional manner.
- Ensure accurate pricing and proper handling of cash transactions.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cashier area.
- Balance the cash register at the beginning and end of each shift.
- Follow company policies and procedures in handling transactions.
Job Requirements
- High School graduate or Vocational graduate.
- Previous cashier or customer service experience is an advantage but not required.
- Familiarity with POS systems is a plus.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Honest, reliable, and detail-oriented.
- Willing to work in shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.
