Cashier (Royale Chulan Damansara - ICE UITM 2025)

Job Description:

1. Handle all guest billing and payment transactions accurately using the Point-of-Sale (POS) system.
2. Ensure all transactions are recorded and balanced at the end of each shift.
3. Issue receipts and ensure guest signatures are obtained as required.
4. Maintain proper cash float and ensure compliance with cash handling procedures.
5. Support outlet operations by providing excellent service and assisting with guest inquiries.
6. Collaborate with service staff to ensure smooth and efficient billing processes.
7. Prepare daily cashier reports and handover cash to the finance department as required.
8. Maintain cleanliness and order at the cashier station and ensure equipment is in working order.
9. Adhere to hotel financial policies, procedures, and internal control standards.

Requirements:

• Minimum SPM qualification; a diploma in hospitality or related field is an advantage.
