Job Description
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently. This includes handling cash, credit cards, and other forms of payment, issuing receipts, and providing accurate change.
- Provide excellent customer service. This includes greeting customers warmly, answering questions, and resolving customer issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area. This includes stocking shelves, cleaning counters, and ensuring the cash register area is well‑maintained.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Basic math and cash handling skills.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
