Responsibilities
- Maintain image and grooming standards aligned with brand policy.
- Practice and role model company behaviours and use the behaviour toolkit.
- Deliver a high‑quality customer experience, greeting each customer and handling the final steps of the purchase warmly.
- Respond to customer questions and concerns quickly and effectively to ensure satisfaction.
- Manage client communications using available clientelling apps and tools, and proactively maintain the CRM database.
- Use product knowledge packs to advise customers confidently and drive sales.
- Operate cash registers and ensure all devices function correctly, handling payments, returns and refunds, and following opening/closing till procedures.
