Responsibilities
Customer Service:
Provide excellent customer service and positively engage with all customers.
Maintain a neat and organized checkout area.
Greet all customers and display a warm demeanor.
Accurately scan or enter product data.
Accurately account for cash, coupons, lottery, and PC Optimum.
Ask for the customer’s PC Optimum Card during each transaction.
Merchandising:
Ensure proper documentation is completed with respect to customer receipts and return of goods.
