Your mission, roles and responsibilities
The main missions of the role are:
Customer account support;
Prioritize the receivables base to ensure the highest impact items get focus;
Be present on conference calls with customers and internal contacts to obtain commitments and accounts receivable resolution strategies;
Assist in resolving customer issues, including process issues, disputes, and billing, to facilitate customer payment of undisputed balances;
Collaborate on recommendations for process improvements focusing on the Customer-to-Cash cycle;
Support productivity and transformation initiatives.
