Job Description

Robert Half Finance and Accounting are currently looking to recruit a Cash and Banking Administrator to join an exciting Professional Services company experiencing huge growth based in Bristol. For the right person the client is offering:

Role responsibilities will include but not limited to:
To upload the daily bank statements
Monitor the Cash & Banking payments inbox
Update the payment register and record all payments processed
Monitor bank balances and prepare replenishment payments as and when required
Deal with all bank/ payment queries
Ensure all postings are completed in a timely manner
Prepare & post journals as required
Create any new direct debit instructions and maintain
Continuously offer ideas and solutions on how to improve daily processes, tasks and procedures for increased efficiency...
