Support individuals and families recovering from violence as a Case Manager at our dedicated second-stage shelter. Provide crisis support, resource coordination, and emotional guidance in a collaborative team setting.
This role focuses on case management, primarily assisting clients in navigating their healing journeys. Emphasizing client-centered care, you’ll connect them with resources and support during their stay of up to one year.
