Qualifications

• MACTE or AMI accredited Montessori 3-6 training
• Legally eligible to work in Canada
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with an emphasis on parent education, record keeping, and fostering community engagement
• Genuine passion for working with children, demonstrated through kindness, friendliness, and nurturing qualities
• Prior experience working with children ages 3-6, coupled with a profound respect for their development
• Previous work experience in the field of childcare in any position
