The DHL Fulfillment Network (DFN) standardises global logistics to deliver a smart, on-demand fulfillment service worldwide.
We're looking for a Carrier Relations Manager to help shape and elevate our last‑mile delivery strategy across the region. In this role, you'll secure reliable delivery partners, integrate them seamlessly into our network, and ensure they operate to DHL's high standards of speed, quality, and service. From market research and contract negotiation to performance management and cross‑functional alignment, you'll play a key role in strengthening DFN's delivery capabilities across LATAM.
Please note that this role title when formally offered internally is - Carrier Manager LATAM.
