C.H. Robinson is seeking a Carrier Manager to join our APAC Managed Solutions team. In this key position, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day carrier relationships and ensuring service performance meets customer expectations. You will monitor compliance metrics, publish and interpret carrier scorecards, resolve escalations, and identify improvement opportunities through data analysis.
