Carpenter

Samara Framing Ltd. needs 1 Carpenter to join its' team immediately.

Job responsibilities

• Read blueprints, drawings and sketches to determine work requirements.
• Prepare layouts in conformance to building codes, using measuring tools.
• Measure, cut, shape, assemble and join materials made of wood, wood substitutes, lightweight steel and other materials.
• Fit and install windows, doors, stairs, mouldings and hardware.
• Maintain, repair and renovate residences and wooden structures.

Job Requirements

• Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
• 7 months to less than 1 year of experience required

Job Terms

• Wage: $36.70 per hour
• Job Location: Based out of A Street, Surrey, British Columbia - V3S 8S1 and Various Locations Across the Lower Mainland
• Hours: 35-40 hours per week. Full time, permanent position
