Build Recruitment are recruiting for an experienced carpenter multi to join our client’s reactive maintenance team.
Duties
Carrying out carpentry repairs and maintenance including doors, frames, skirting, kitchens, locks, and general woodwork repairsMaking good after carpentry works to a high standardAttending properties and ensuring all work is completed within agreed timeframesCarrying out secondary trades when requiredProviding excellent customer service when working in tenanted propertiesEnsuring all work is completed safely and in line with health & safety regulations Requirements
