About the Role:
We are looking for a skilled Carpenter Multi to join our clients Void Team, carrying out high-quality repairs and refurbishment work to vacant social housing properties. You’ll take pride in delivering work to a high standard, working efficiently, safely, and with a commitment to providing quality homes for our communities.
Key Responsibilities:
Complete a variety of carpentry repairs in domestic and social housing settings
Carry out secondary trade work to a competent standard (e.g., basic plumbing, patch plastering, tiling)
Ensure all works are completed to a high standard with minimal disruption to residents
Deliver outstanding customer service during all visits
