Job Description

SUMMARY 
Mortenson is currently seeking a Carpenter II Lead that will be responsible for structural concrete construction in compliance with local building codes and general construction principals. 
RESPONSIBILITIES
Set up trailers
Study blueprints, sketches, or building plans to determine material requirements and measure dimensions
Build decks, stairs, roofs, and other temporary structures; install shelves, setup tool trailers/conex’s
Hand-set forms and assemble gang forms
Lead journeyman and assist foreman with shooting grades and elevations
Unload, handle, stockpile, and erect prefabricated materials
Perform concrete and rough carpentry (hand set walls, footings, gang wall forms, structural concrete decks)
Work autonomously under minimal direction from carpenter foreman to lead small crews in the safe execution of concrete work
Track quantities and hours to analyze production...
