We are seeking a skilled Lead Carpenter with Division 10 experience to join our team. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with the potential to grow into a Supervisor position. Our company primarily works with local school districts and offers long-term stability and growth opportunities.
Position Summary
The Leadman will begin working at the shop and gradually transition into the field. Responsibilities will start with small jobs, punch lists, installations, and scheduling, with increasing leadership responsibilities over time.
