We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Carpenter Helper or General Laborer to join our manufacturing team. This role involves supporting daily operations within a manufacturing facility by performing a variety of physical tasks essential to production, assembly, and warehouse functions. The Carpenter Assistant supports carpenters and production crews in the construction of modular buildings. This position assists with framing, assembly, finish work, and general construction activities while maintaining a safe and productive work environment. Candidates with carpentry experience as well as basic plumbing and electrical knowledge are strongly encouraged to apply, as the role may involve supporting multiple trades during the building process.
