Equans is recruiting for a Caretaker to join our team at Ken Stimpson School, Staniland Way, Peterborough (PE4 6JY). This is a permanent, full-time role working 40 hours per week. Salary: £28,851.00 per annum, with benefits.
Shift Pattern
- Monday to Friday: 07:00–16:00 or 13:00–22:00 (rotating)
- Week 1: 06:00 – 15:00
- Week 2: 10:30 – 19:30
- On-call rota: approximately 1 in 3 weeks
What you will deliver
In this role, you will help maintain a safe, secure, and well‑presented school environment for staff, students, and visitors.
Key responsibilities include:
- Act as the main on‑site contact for facilities requests
- Complete tasks efficiently within agreed timeframes
- Support building operations, including opening, closing, and security
