Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including cleaning, gardening, and light repairs.
- Assist with guest requests and provide information about resort amenities and services.
- Ensure the resort grounds, buildings, and common areas are clean and well-maintained.
- Monitor and maintain inventory of supplies and equipment.
- Ensure that resort safety protocols and environmental standards are followed.
- Assist in setting up events, arranging furniture, or preparing areas for guest activities.
- Handle minor repairs and coordinate with maintenance staff for major issues.
- Support the management team in any additional tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience in a similar role in hospitality or property management is preferred.
