Caretaker / Grounds Maintenance Operative

JOB TYPE:  Full Time – Temporary until August 2023.

We are looking for an enthusiastic person with a keen eye for detail with experience in General Maintenance & Grounds keeping to create attractive surroundings and Maintain Cleanliness of a Swansea Site to cover for a few months.

All equipment will be provided.

An Enhanced DBS check will be required to take place in order to work at this location. (can be organised if successful after interview)

ABOUT YOU

To be considered for this role, you will have:

A Full, Clean Driving License & Own Vehicle
Flexible in approach to work and willing to work outside in all weathers
Previous experience of maintenance / caretaking
Litter picking and general cleaning of business grounds
Ability to follow Health & Safety requirements to ensure safe working practices
Hours of work

Monday – Friday

11:00am – 9:30pm
