- Building security including opening and locking up premises.
- Ground keeping and ensuring outdoor areas remain tidy and safe.
- Assisting the Estates Team with ad hoc tasks as required.
- Reliable and trustworthy individuals with a hands-on, can-do attitude.
- Basic practical skills in maintenance, cleaning and general caretaking.
- A willingness to be flexible when required.
- Enthusiasm for working within a diverse team and supporting a community resource.
