We’re looking for a Carer Services Officer who’s equal parts organised, empathetic, and unflappable for our client in East Perth. 

What you’ll be doing:

• Coordinating carer packages — matching funding and respite services to the needs identified in each Carer Support Plan.
• Managing phone‑based enquiries — you’ll spend a large portion of your day on the phone supporting Carers, suppliers, and partner organisations.
• Administering funding and bookings — ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with guidelines.
• Maintaining CRM records with fast, accurate data entry.
