Help individuals achieve employment success as a Case Manager Job Developer with the YMCA of Greater Toronto. This contract role combines job development strategies with community outreach and client support.
As a key member of our Employment & Community team, you will implement strategies that align client's skills with job opportunities. Your role involves proactive engagement with employers and hosting job fairs to connect clients directly with job placements. You will track progress, provide training, and ensure clients are well-prepared for the job market.
