Key Responsibilities
- Design and administer career assessment tools, including psychometric and aptitude tests, to develop data‑driven student profiles and provide personalized career pathway recommendations.
- Interpret assessment results and prepare individual career development plans based on students' interests, strengths, values, and aspirations.
- Provide one‑on‑one and group career counselling sessions for intermediate and undergraduate students.
- Guide students in career exploration, goal setting, educational planning, and informed career decision‑making.
- Assist students in identifying suitable academic programs, professional certifications, internships, apprenticeships, and employment opportunities.
