Job Description – OPT Recruiter/ Career Advisor Position: OPT Recruiter/ Career Advisor Location: Kondapur, Hyderabad (On-site) Shift Timings: 7:30 PM – 4:30 AM IST (Monday to Friday) Experience Required: 1 to 3 Years Preferred Work from Office: Onsite (5-Days working) - WFO only Key Responsibilities: - Source and recruit OPT and H1B transfer candidates. - Develop relationships with candidates and clients. - Manage the full recruitment cycle. - Stay updated on OPT visa regulations. Requirements: - Experience in OPT recruitment. - Strong communication skills. - Ability to work independently and in teams. - Knowledge of recruitment trends.
