As a Career Advisor, you will work 100% onsite under the Project Director’s guidance. Your expertise in assessing job seeker needs and developing Individual Employment Plans (IEP) will be vital in providing resources and referrals. This position requires active engagement in workshops and events, promoting community resources and career development.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assess job seekers’ abilities through interviews and testing
• Develop comprehensive Individual Employment Plans for clients
• Counsel clients on job opportunities and training programs
• Conduct orientation sessions and group presentations
• Maintain accurate individual case files in compliance
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years of relevant experience
