What the role involves
- Assist with personal care, daily living, nutrition and mobility
- Support activities that promote wellbeing and a sense of purpose
- Welcome visitors and carry out day‑to‑day interactions with warmth and professionalism
- Maintain accurate records and contribute to care plans
- Work as part of a supportive team to deliver consistent, person‑centred care
