The Healthcare Assistant (HCA) Supervisor at Middletown House Nursing Home is required to report directly to the Nurse on Duty, Deputy Person in Charger, and Person in Charge. For all issues related to the care of individual residents the Healthcare Assistant (HCA) Supervisor is accountable to the Person in Charge for the performance of their role.
