Care Leavers Personal Advisor — Caseload & Pathway Planner

Civic Recruitment Limited is seeking a Personal Advisor on a 3-month contract with a local authority in the UK. You will manage a caseload of care leavers aged 17½ to 25, providing tailored guidance to help them progress in education, employment, accommodation, health, and independent living.

The role requires assessing needs and risks, developing Pathway Plans, and delivering information, advice and practical support.
