Care Assistant

Care Assistant – Contract, £12.71 per hour, contracted to 36 hours per week, paid DBS, pension, uniform provided and onsite parking, 5.6 weeks annual leave (pro rata).

Role Overview

As a Care Assistant, you will support individuals with a range of complex needs, including advanced dementia, mental health conditions and other long‑term health challenges. Your role is to provide safe, consistent and person‑centred care that promotes dignity, independence and well‑being. Working closely with the wider team, you will follow individual care plans and support structured routines, helping to create a calm, stable and supportive environment. You will build positive relationships with residents, understanding their needs and responding appropriately to changes in behaviour or well‑being.
