About the role
Care Assistant responsible for delivering high standards of personal care and supporting continuity of services to residents at Butlers Mews Care Home in Rugby.
Job responsibilities
- Assist residents in all personal hygiene and care, ensuring optimum independence, dignity and respect at all times.
- Recognise and understand clinical risk areas such as weight loss, pressure sores, risk of falls and signs of infection, and report any identified risks in a timely manner.
- Act courteously towards residents and their visitors, respecting the dignity and individuality of each resident.
- Practice safe systems of work across the range of tasks.
