Care Assistant - Nights
Location: Richmond Villages Witney, Coral Springs Way, Witney, OX28 5DG
Salary: £13.70 per hour - Paid breaks
Contract: Permanent
Shift Pattern: Full & Part time hours available, 12 hour shifts 20:00 - 08:00
Starter Bonus: £500 after four weeks of service (subject to tax and NI)
Responsibilities
- Assisting residents with a high standard of clinical, social and emotional care. Recognising and meeting the specific needs of residents.
- Supporting residents with a wide range of differing requirements from companionship to personal care.
- Being part of a team supporting the nurse or senior care assistant in monitoring our residents and reporting changes.
- Communicating with residents' families, friends and other healthcare professionals.
