- Assisting residents in all personal hygiene tasks to ensure optimum independence, dignity and respect.
- Recognising clinical risk areas such as weight loss, pressure sores, falls and signs of infection, and escalating any identified risks promptly.
- Acting courteously toward residents and visitors, respecting each resident’s dignity and individuality.
- Practising safe systems of work across the range of tasks.
