Shifts & Location
Days only – 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. (Tuesday) and two 6‑hour shifts (Monday & Friday 10 a.m. – 4 p.m.). Access to a vehicle is required due to the geographical location of the role.
Responsibilities
The ideal candidate will be a patient, calm, and adaptable individual with excellent communication skills and the ability to tailor their approach to meet the client’s unique needs. They will be observant, safety‑conscious, and capable of providing close supervision in the community to ensure the client’s well‑being at all times.
Compassion, professionalism, and the ability to maintain clear boundaries are essential, particularly when managing challenging behaviour or navigating sensitive topics. Reliability and consistency are key, offering structure and reassurance while remaining confident in responding to medical emergencies such as seizures.
