Job responsibilities

As a Care Assistant, you will provide personal care and support to female clients in their homes, ensuring their dignity, privacy, and well‑being. Your duties will include:

• Assisting with daily living activities such as grooming, toileting, and mobility.
• Supporting clients with meal preparation, medication reminders, and light housekeeping.
• Providing companionship, emotional support and encouraging independence.
• Recording care plans, observations and incidents accurately.
• Working on alternating weekends.

Qualifications and requirements

• No prior care experience required.
• Compassionate, empathetic and caring nature.
• Good people skills and ability to work as part of a team.
• Full UK driving licence.
• At least 12 months of right to work in the UK.
