Responsibilities
- Deliver personal care to residents, promoting independence, dignity and respect.
- Assist with personal hygiene and other daily living activities.
- Identify clinical risk areas such as weight loss, pressure sores, falls, infections and raise concerns promptly.
- Act courteously towards residents and visitors, respecting privacy and individuality.
- Practice safe systems of work and collaborate fully with the care team to ensure continuity of services.
