Care Assistant Contract
- £13.60 per hour
- Contracted to 33 hours per week
- Paid PVG, pension, uniform provided
- 5.6 weeks annual leave (based on a full‑time contract)
Role Overview
As a Care Assistant, you will make a meaningful difference in our residents’ lives everyday. This role is central to delivering high quality, person‑centred care that supports dignity, independence and overall wellbeing.
You will support individuals with daily living including personal care, mobility, nutrition and emotional wellbeing, helping them feel comfortable, respected and valued. By following care plans and recognising changes in condition, you will contribute to safe, responsive and consistent care.
