• Shift Times: 5/8s or 4/10s, times will be dependent on shift.
• Lunch to be discussed
• Provider Min # Shifts Required: Full time coverage only
• Guaranteed Hours per Day: 8
• Hours Worked for OT to apply: 40 per week
• Rates to be Filled Out on Bid: Clinic only: Regular, Orientation, Overtime, Holiday

ADDITIONAL DETAILS
Full time Coverage for Structural Heart Team. Inpatient cardiology experience required.
Looking for Monday - Friday 8 hour shifts but must also be willing to do 4 10 hour shifts/week if necessary. No call or weekends.
