Job Description
Responsibilities
- Consolidate and report CAPEX with views by directorate, business unit (BU), project and investment type (maintenance, growth, regulatory, digital).
- Develop investment monitoring dashboards (Actual vs Budget vs Forecast) with drill-down by project.
- Evaluate and review business cases for new projects, ensuring methodological consistency and realistic assumptions.
- Monitor the full investment cycle: intention flow, feasibility study, communication, approval pipeline, execution and value capture.
- Model projects' economic returns (NPV, IRR, Payback) and support prioritization and capital allocation decisions.
- Ensure visibility of cash and accrual impacts (accrual vs cash basis), especially in the short term.
- Lead recurring forums with business areas to monitor and prioritize investments, reporting to senior leadership.
