Candidate Attorney/Article Clerk Location: Bedfordview, Gauteng Employment Type: Full-time Salary: R10000 to R11000 p/m Job Purpose: The Candidate Attorney will undergo practical legal training while contributing to the firms daily operations. This role provides exposure to a broad spectrum of legal work, enabling the candidate to gain practical experience in preparation for admission as an attorney. Key Responsibilities: Draft legal documents, contracts, pleadings, and correspondence under supervision. Conduct legal research and prepare opinions on various legal matters. Attend court proceedings, client meetings, and consultations where appropriate. Assist senior attorneys with case preparation, discovery, and trial support.
