Job Description
Take charge of Canada Post’s pension strategies as a Manager of Pension Strategy and Compliance. Drive compliance and administrative excellence for both DB and DC pension plans.
In this vital role, you’ll provide strategic leadership for Canada Post's pension programs, overseeing compliance and establishing connections with key stakeholders, including unions and external advisors. With a minimum of 3 to 5 years of relevant experience and at least 2 years in management, you’ll play a crucial role in navigating audits, regulations, and negotiations to achieve program success.
