Main Responsibilities Build, image, configure, and deploy desktop and laptop computers across multiple business and healthcare locations. Prepare and stage endpoint devices to ensure users are fully operational on deployment day. Label, install, and support printers throughout various facilities and office locations. Support office move activities including disconnecting, relocating, reconnecting, and validating workstation equipment. Provide day-of and post-move support to quickly resolve technology issues and ensure business continuity. Troubleshoot desktop, laptop, printer, monitor, peripheral, and connectivity issues. Assist with workstation deployments, hardware refresh initiatives, and technology migration projects. Support WOW cart deployments, installations, and technology rollouts alongside project and deployment teams. Assist with basic network connectivity troubleshooting and endpoint device support.
