Job Description
Become a Camp Counselor responsible for overseeing children in various MAC-operated Day Camp programs. Engage campers through organized activities while fostering an enjoyable and safe environment.
In this role, you will supervise children across Afterschool, Spring Break, Winter Break, and Summer Camp programs. Your responsibilities include establishing camp rules, ensuring cleanliness, and maintaining equipment, while promoting a positive atmosphere. Experience in leadership with children is key to your success in this position.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise children during camps and afterschool programs
• Organize and lead engaging activities daily
• Enforce camp rules to maintain safety
• Conduct headcounts and manage disciplinary issues
• Assist with accident and behavior reports
Requirements:
• One season of camp or leadership experience
• Preferred certifications in Lifeguarding, CPR, and First Aid
