Job Description
Hardware Engineer
Location: On-site in Sunnyvale, CA
Pay rate: $65-75/hour
Duration: 12 month contract (W2)
RESPONSIBILITIES
+ Define electrical characterization/validation methodologies for sensors, audio, camera subsystems by working with domain leads and partners
+ Track and execute on detailed test plans for the PCB, modules, subsystems characterization to meet key deadlines and priority goals.
+ Characterization coverage includes low speed signal interface (I2C, I2S, SPI, PDM...etc), I/O signals, high speed differential interface (MIPI, USB ...etc), sensors, microphones, cameras
+ Develop automated test setups with SW scripting to implement module characterization/validation
+ Own execution, interpretation, and reporting of results.
+ Support system bring up and debug activities
+ Clearly communicate test plans and results
